The ideal shuttering profile series for the manufacturing of solid precast elements with different heights and profilings in the element.
The X Basis and X Top Series were developed with one aim, to attain the complete functionality of a flexible shuttering system, with reduced investment, using a combination of a basic profile, with an integrated switchable magnet technology and exchangable attachment profiles.
The basic profile is fitted with an integrated adjustable magnet M1803. The quantity required depends on the profile version and the type of usage.
The attachment profiles are connected to the basic profile using a screw connection, they both form the appropriate formwork outline. This allows for the shuttering system to quickly adapt to each possible requiremen.
If an unbroken surface area is required, the attachment profile can be replaced by profile place in front of the the shutter.
As an alternative, it is possible to build to attach timber shuttering panels in order to obtain addition flexibility.
The profiles may be used on one side only and they are positioned by hand.
