Plotters transfer the outline of the planned concrete elements, as well as other information, to the formwork surface using a scale of 1:1. The data is created in the CAD system and transferred to the machine via cable, radio or USB stick. The most important advantages here are the improved speed of the production process together with the prevention of measuring errors.

Large scale plotters can be used with all formwork types, either with a temporary production line, or a rotation system. When combined with cleaning and oiling units, they are referred to as RP-devices ( CPDs ,Cleaning-Plotting Devices). MRP-devices have regularly proven their worth in the production of slab elements especially in the ability to identify and then install crossover stopping points, in addition to the previously mentioned functions.(M= storage in this case)

Painstaking, manual cleaning and oiling of the formwork is eradicated, as well as the strenuous manipulation of heavy formwork elements. The power unit for both movable axles is servo-assisted, this guarantees quick and accurate movement. The routes are registered by the routefinders using gear racks or laser distance measuring devices. The devices used in the production line can be delivered with a transverse motor, which enables products to be quickly transferred from one line to another.

The electrical supply depends on the individual situation, either by energy chain, loop direction or cable drum, all are possible.
